FINDING THE VOICE OF THE CUSTOMER

SUMMARY

Elevator9 was founded by learning and development experts with the goal of elevating the impact of learning through science, technology, and innovation. Their unique learning platform helps increase learning retention rates and measure the impact of in-person trainings.
 

As a small startup, Elevator9 is looking to take their tested platform to market in the coming months. They have collected feedback from early beta users and are currently undertaking a major revision of the platform to incorporate feedback from pilot customers, focusing on user interface and administration features to better enable users and administrators.

Two Tree Solutions was recruited to provide customer success and enablement services to help e9 deliver on their commitments. Specifically, Two Tree's extensive learning platform experience has been instrumental in scoping platform requirements and providing feature and functionality recommendations, as well as UI/UX design considerations for the redesigned interface, serving as an active participant in the platform development feedback loop as the e9 team builds and prepares for testing. 

 

From a customer success perspective, TTS facilitated journey mapping activities for both end users and administrators, as well as building out feedback mechanisms for both the initial pilot users and the marketplace at large. Strategies and processes designed to gather and analyze the voice of the customer will help to ensure that the needs of the end users are front and center as the platform evolves and continues to broaden its impact on live, facilitated training experiences.
